How it works

1. Order when the purchase and sale is signed. Send the listing photographs and closing date.
2. The painting will be completed within 3-4 weeks.
3. The painting can be shipped directly to you, or to your client, and boxed with your handwritten card, if you want.
4. You will receive a photograph of the finished painting for your own use, perhaps for a newsletter or Instagram page.

For architects, builders and landscape designers

A portrait of a finished project is a thank-you clients do not expect, and a piece of your own portfolio painted by hand.

Note to landscape architects and designers:

Having worked with a landscape architect on site, I handpainted many plan views for the houses and their gardens. Feel free to contact me to discuss a plan view painting you have in mind.

Worth knowing

How far ahead should I order? At the purchase and sale signing is ideal. Under three weeks is sometimes possible when the calendar allows, so ask.

What if the closing slips? Tell me. The painting waits and nothing is lost.
